1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has produced before the Order No.

Court a copy of the statement of Opposite Party No.3 recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stating that she has now married to the Petitioner and is living happily.

2. The said statement is taken on record. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State has confirmed the said statement to be true.

3. As a result, Khariar P.S. Case No.215 of 2014 corresponding to C.T. Case No.455 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.-cum-Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Khariar and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed. The CRLMC is disposed of.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
