1. Permitting the Petitioner to urge all the pleas, raised in the present petition before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier is hereby vacated.

2. The parties state that they will explore the possibility of a settlement and make appropriate submissions in that regard before the trial Court.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
