Since the impugned order is appealable, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if the Petitioner files appeal alongwith an application for interim protection and also with an application for condonation of delay within a period of two weeks hence, the delay in filing the appeal shall be condoned and the appeal shall be entertained and disposed of on its own merit. It is further directed that if the Petitioner is still in possession of the disputed property in question, status quo as on today in respect of the disputed property in question shall be maintained by all the parties concerned for a period of four weeks. Within which period the I.A. for interim protection to be filed by the Petitioner shall be considered and disposed of.
