CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH Order No.
ORDER
09.09.2022 9.
1.
Petitioners challenge the outcome in Consolidation Revision No.163 of 1985 simply on the ground that there was in fact no delay in filing the revision instituted in the year 1985. Unfortunately, there is no copy of revision petition at least making a disclosure on the grounds stated therein. On the asking of copy of such revision petition at least for perusal of the Court even the counsel is unable to find such copy in his file. This Court finds foundation of the allegation is totally lost. In the circumstance, this Court finds no scope for entertaining the writ petition in order to interfere in the impugned order. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed.
