This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard. Mr. P.K. Ghose, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties. 3.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the Office Letter No.ST-20/4-3/75 dated 14th December, 2006 issued by Opposite Party No.2-Asst. General Manager (S&A), BSNL, BBSR under Annexure-13.

Mr. P.R. Barik, learned counsel for the BSNL submits that the matter comes within the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack, Branch Cuttack. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands transferred to the Tribunal for adjudication.

The Registry is requested to take necessary steps for transmission of the record to the Central Administrative Tribunal,

Cuttack, Branch Cuttack within a period of four weeks from today and intimation regarding such transfer be made to the learned counsel for the Parties.

7.

It is needless to state that the learned Tribunal will issue notice to the petitioner and Opposite Party before taking up the matter for disposal on merits.
