1. This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode.
2. Petitioner is a guarantor of Cash Credit facility and Housing loan availed from State Bank of India, Brahma Nagar Branch, Berhampur for a sum of ₹2 lakhs. Due to default in servicing the accounts/payment of installments, both the accounts were classified as NPA and recovery process under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 was initiated.
3. This Court vide interim order dated 26.03.2013 had granted the Petitioner a conditional protection.
4. At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that both the loan accounts, in
// 2 // which the Petitioner was the guarantor, were closed after granting the benefit under the OTS 2014-15 Scheme.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
