The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the demand of affiliation fee under Annexure-7 dated 19.04.2012 for the year 2011-12, and to issue direction to the opposite parties to refund the amount which has already been received by the BPUT, within a stipulated time.

Since the period has already been over, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
