This is a Writ Petition of the year 2000. There is lot of confusion. Even though Mr. Parija, learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to place something from page-4 of Annexure-3, this Court in getting into such page appearing to be running page-20 of the brief finds, there is no matching of the pages.
