This application has been filed for quashmnt of the F.I.R. as well as entire criminal proceeding initiated against the Petitioners. 3.
No one appears on behalf of the Petitioners when the matter is called.

In the meanwhile, more than 11 years have been elapsed. The defect is yet to be removed.

From the aforesaid, it appears that the Petitioners have no interest to proceed with this case.
