None appears for the Appellant in this matter of the year 1996 when called.

Learned counsel for the Respondent, inviting the attention to the Memo already on record, submits that both the Appellants are dead since long.

Perusal of the Memo by which intimation about the death of the Appellants have been given, reveals that Appellant No.1 is dead since 1999 and Appellant No.2 is dead since 2007. Record does not reveal that any of the legal representative/s of those Appellants have taken any step to come on record as Appellant/s to further pursue the Appeal.

In the above state of affair, the Appeal stands dismissed. (D. Dash), Judge.
