1. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed.

2. Para 1 of the order dated 3rd January, 2022 be read as under: "Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law before the Director of Estates (Opposite Party No.4) against the impugned order (Annexure-11 series)."

3. As prayed for by learned counsel for the Petitioner, the time for filing the appeal is extended till 14th February, 2022. The rest part of the order dated 3rd January, 2022 shall remain unaltered.

4. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
