Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to Tahasildar, Puri-Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of representation dated 1st September, 2020 filed by him to direct the Record Keeper to comply with order dated 12th January, 2016 and to effect necessary correction to the ROR. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
