This Writ Petition involves a challenge to the notification U/s.3(2) of the O.S.S. Act, 1958. Undisputedly there was grant of stay of such notification by a Vacation Judge for four weeks and
// 2 // such order was passed on 7.06.2006. It appears, such order has already lost its force in the meantime.

At this stage it is submitted by the learned counsel for Petitioners that he has no instruction in the matter. 3.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for no instruction.
