1. In the past 11 years during the pendency of the present petition Order No.
charge sheet should have been submitted in respect of all the FIRs arising from the same incident. With the facts and situation having changed, there is no justification in keeping the present petition pending. It will be open to the Petitioner to move the trial Court under Section 220 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for clubbing such of those cases where the Petitioner is named in the charge sheets arising from the same incidents.
2. With the above observations, the petition is disposed of.
3. The interim order passed by this Court on 24th October, 2011 stands vacated. A copy of this order will be sent forthwith to the concerned subordinate Court.
