This RPFAM has been filed assailing order dated 8th July, 2008 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.799 of 2002, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.1,200/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.400/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of application, i.e., 20th November, 2002 Perusal of order sheet, it appears that after filing of the RPFAM no step has been taken to list the matter. The matter was listed on 10th February, 2014 on which date none had also appeared to pursue the matter. Hence, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest to pursue the RPFAM. 5.
