None appears for the Appellants in this matter of the year 2000 when called. The record reveals that opportunities have been provided to the learned counsel for the Appellants. Even on the last occasion, on the prayer of the learned counsel for the Appellants, he had been granted time to take all such steps to rectify the defects necessary for further progress of this Appeal for its culmination in accordance with law. In view of the above, the Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
