3. The Petitioner is in custody in connection with Harbhanga P.S. Case No.01/2020 corresponding to S.T. Case No.34/2020 pending in the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Boudh for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 498-A/304-B/506 of I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.
