The present contempt petition has been filed alleging that the direction contained in the order dated 6th September, 2021 had not been complied with.

Mr. L. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate states that in the aforesaid order, the Court had noticed the fact of lack of full details regarding the alleged encroachers and thus permitted the Petitioner to first ascertain the details of such encroachers and thereafter, file a fresh representation with such details before the appropriate authority. He submits that no such representation has been filed nor has been annexed with the present contempt petition.

In view of the above, we find no reason to proceed with the contempt.
