1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Opposite Parties for settling the dues under the prevalent One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme i.e. of 2011. Without expressing any view on merits, the Court disposes of the present petition as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The amount already paid by the Petitioner will be accounted for while considering his case under the OTS.
