1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this present petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order by way of a revision petition under the OPLE Act.
2. If such revision petition is filed not later than 5th September, 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay and citing the pendency of the present petition and the reasons for the delay, it will be considered in accordance with law by the Revisional Authority. Provided the revision petition is filed within the time stipulated, till such time the Revisional Authority passes an interim order on an application to be filed by the Petitioners for that relief.
3. The status quo order passed by this Court on 26th March, 2012 will continue.
