1. It is informed that the Opposite Party has already expired Order No.

during the pendency of the present petition.

2. There is already an interim order passed by this Court staying the operation of the impugned order of the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar dated 19th May, 2002 by which the Opposite Party was to be reinstated. Since that order cannot be given effect to now, the question of continuing to entertain the present petition does not arise. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
