4. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition to cancel the auction notice dated 27.02.2013 under Annexure-11 issued by the Opposite Party No.3- Tahasildar, Bhandaripokhari for auction of Jhutana Sand Sairat (River Baitarani) for the year 2012-13.

5. Since the aforesaid period has already been over, the writ petition has become infructuous.

6. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
