Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

From the aforesaid, this Court feels that the petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and not interested to pursue the present litigation. 4.
Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. Interim order dated 27.06.2014 passed by this Court stands vacated.
