This writ petition involves the following relief: Order No.

"It is, therefore, prayed that writ petition may be admitted, records may be called for and after hearing the counsel for the petitioner the writ application may be allowed and the impugned order under annexure-8 be quashed;

And further be pleased to pass any other order/orders, direction/ directions as deemed just and proper;

And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Advancing his submission through the pleadings made in the writ petition extending a similar order, a disposal of similar case by this Court in W.P.(C).No.351 of 2002, Mr.Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner claims that the case is squarely covered by the order dated 7.11.2019 passed in W.P.(C).No.351 of 2002. 3.

Heard the submission of learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. Perused the applicability of the order in the aforesaid case and finds the decision taken therein squarely applies to the case at hand.
