1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority in accordance with law.

2. If such appeal is filed not later than 22nd August, 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay explaining the delay on account of the pendency of the present petition, it will be considered in accordance with law by the Appellate Authority. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view on merits.

3. The originals be returned to the Petitioner subject to being substituted attested photo copies. The W.P.(C) No.18456 of 2014, being already disposed of on 29th March, 2022 need not be shown in the list.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in the above terms.
