Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.
The impugned order involved herein is an outcome of a disposal pursuant to direction contained in W.P.(C).No.28828 of 202. In the today's order in Item, No. 36, CONTC No.6894 of 2021, this Court has already recorded the working out of the direction of this Court. It is keeping this in view, this Court while finding nothing more is possible to be decided in the present writ petition, if so advised, petitioner may find out if any other option is available to him.

With the observation made hereinabove, the writ petition stands disposed of.
