This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of punishment passed by the Disciplinary Authority and the Appellate Authority in holding the disciplinary proceeding. 4.

Mr. Samal, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter afresh in the event, cause of action survives. 5.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of granting such liberty.
