Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that the notice under section 41A of Cr.P.C. has been issued to the petitioner and he has complied with the terms and conditions of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with the case.
In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this application. Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of as not pressed.
