This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 03.08.2011 passed by the Executive Magistrate, U.P.D., Cuttack in Criminal Misc. Case No.449 of 2011 wherein the Executive Magistrate initiated a proceeding under Section 107 Cr.P.C. 3.

None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.

Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the Executive Magistrate, U.P.D., Cuttack immediately.
