Mr. K. Ray, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the dispute has already been referred to the Industrial Tribunal and as such this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
Mr. N.K. Mishra, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.4 has not contradicted that position. 4.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
