Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Order No.
Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Tahasildar, Derabis-O.P.3 is in receipt of the application at the instance of the Petitioners as appearing at page 12 of the brief, action as appropriate involving the demarcation exercise shall be taken involving the parties likely to be affected.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioners. 3.
