This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the order dated 11th January, 2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Rairakhol in C.M.C. No.29 of 2008 wherein conviction (sic) warrant has been issued against the Petitioner for committing him to custody on failure of payment of the maintenance in the execution case. 3.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner at the time of call. The case is of the year 2011.

As such, the CRLMC is dismissed for non-prosecution. (S. Pujahari) Judge DA
