1. Mr. Patnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal in appeal in accordance with law. If such an appeal is filed not later than 20th June, 2022 along with an application for condonation of delay, explaining the delay on account of pendency of the present petition, it will be considered by the appellate authority in accordance with law. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

3. The original Annexures be returned to the Petitioner on being substituted by attested photocopies thereof.
