Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

Challenge is made to an order by way of note dated 17th October, 2007. There is no stay operating. This Court finds difficulty in entertaining the request herein involving Annexure-5. For there is no stay of such actions for over 15 years and the decision vide Annexure-5 has come to play in the year 2007, it is on the ground of belatedness only, this Court declines to entertain the writ petition, which is dismissed. In the event of any future cause of action, petitioner may have opportunity to approach in appropriate proceeding.
