1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode. Order No.

2. Heard Mr. A.R.Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 24th September, 2021 in connection with STF Bhubaneswar P.S. Case No.14/2020 corresponding to T.R. Case No.133/2020 pending in the court of learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 21(C)/29 of the NDPS Act.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that the Petitioner appears to have been implicated in the case entirely on the basis of the statement of co-accused and nothing was seized from his possession coupled with the fact that similarly placed co-accused person namely, Sanjit Kumar Dehuri has already been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No.2905/2020, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail and he shall appear before the I.I.C of Jaleswar P.S. once every week for a period of six months.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
