1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the contempt has become infructuous, as the order dated 16.12.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.25204 of 2020 has since been complied with by issuing of NOC by the AIIMS, Bhubaneswar to the petitioner to pursue her Ph.D in nursing in a Institute at Chennai.

2. In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
