This Contempt Petition involves non-compliance of this Court's Order No.01 order dated 25.11.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.36941/2021. 2.

Considering the submission made and as this Court finds, no purpose will be served in issuing notice in such matter, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of with direction to the O.P. to work out the direction of this Court dated 25.11.2021 issued in W.P.(C) No.36941/2021, if not worked out in the meantime, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order considering that this has a bearing in the election presently. 3.
