Heard the submission of Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for Petitioner.

By producing a copy of the communication dated 24.12.2020 in Court today, learned counsel for Petitioner submits that in the meantime in a reconsideration process the Petitioner has been promoted from T.G. Teacher to Headmaster. 3.

In the circumstance this Court finds, the cause of action involved in this writ petition has already come to be seized. In the process this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, in the event any cause of action arises in future, it may be open to the Petitioner to approach accordingly.
