This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 1.
The instant Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged non-compliance of the order dated 13th August, 2021 passed in CONTC No.3403 of 2021 whereby the contemnors/opposite parties were required to release the amount of enhanced compensation as awarded by the Reference Court qua the acquisition proceedings under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Mr.
Samantaray, upon instructions from quarters concerned, submits that the admissible compensation has since been released to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the present Contempt Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
