The petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order dated 21.01.2013 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.174(C) of 2013 and batch refusing to grant interim order. In the meantime, after abolition of the tribunal, the said O.A. has been transferred to this Court and re-registered as WPC (OAC) No.174 of 2013 and is pending for adjudication. 3.

It is revealed that this Court, while entertaining this writ petition, vide order dated 04.02.2013 passed in Misc. Case No.2116 of 2013, as an interim measure, has directed that the petitioner shall be permitted to continue as contractual pharmacist in his present place. 4.

In the above premises, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that the above noted interim order shall continue till disposal of WPC (OAC) No.174 of 2013.
