This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This interim application has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to recall the order dated 28th March, 2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid Criminal Misc. Case and restored the Criminal Misc. Case to file.

The prayer made to recall the aforesaid order is misconceived. Accordingly, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for recall. 4.

But dispose of the I.A. with an observation that the Petitioners, who are police officers, may file a petition under Section 205 of Cr.P.C. before the court in seisin over the matter within six weeks hence and in that event, the court in seisin over the matter shall allow the same on such terms and conditions as it would deem just and proper.
