1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal as provided under law against the impugned assessment order. If such appeal is filed not later than 6th February, 2023 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay explaining the delay on account of the pendency of the present writ petition, it will be considered by the Appellate Authority in accordance with law.

2. Further, if the appeal is filed within the time aforesaid along with an application for interim relief, then till such time that the Appellate Authority passes an order thereon, the interim order dated 20th March, 2018 passed by this Court will continue.

3. The originals be returned to the Petitioner subject to it being substituted by attested photocopies thereof. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view on the matter.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
