Since the Petitioners seek for regularization of their services and in the meantime, they have attained the age of superannuation and, as such, their claim for regularization of services has been rejected by the Tribunal, for which they have already approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No.9488 of 2014, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous and, the same is disposed of as such.
