1. On 3rd April 2008, an order was passed requiring learned counsel for the Petitioner to furnish the correct address for issuance of notice on the Opposite Parties. However, that order has not been complied with. It is more than 14 years since. The Court does not propose to grant any further indulgence in this regard.

2. The petition is dismissed. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
