Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The impugned order involved allowing the Application under Order 39 Rule 1 read with Section 151 of C.P.C., this Court finds, the trial court in disposal of the Proceeding directed both the Parties to maintain status quo till disposal of the suit. Though this matter was entertained by a coordinate Bench on 28.7.2009, there is no stay involving such direction. The order of status quo passed by the trial court since continuing for over thirteen years, this Court is not inclined to make any change in the same.

The Writ Petition thus stands dismissed.
