The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for declaration of the action of the Opposite Parties No.1 to 3 in selecting Opposite Party No.4 as executants to execute the work namely Cleaning of Level Crossing and clamping of Hand Liver Point/Manning Level Crossing pursuant to Tender Call Notice dated 25.8.2006 as illegal, invalid and inoperative in the eye of law. 5.

Since the auction period has already been over by efflux of time, the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous. 6.
