This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 29.10.2010 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh in ICC No.12 of 2010 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has rejected the petition filed by the Petitioner under Section 205 Cr.P.C. to dispense with his personal attendance.

None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.

Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court forthwith.
