For the subsequent development involving final publication impugned in the meantime, the Petitioners have otherwise remedy. It is reported to Court that the Petitioners have already approached involving the subsequent issue pending before the Board of Revenue. In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition in present form is not maintainable and stands dismissed. It may be open to the Petitioners to agitate all such points available for consideration of the Member, Board of Revenue. Interim order dated 9.10.2012 passed in Misc.
