With a prayer to quash the Charge-sheet No.157 dated 6th June, 2010 as well as the order dated 21st June, 2010 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Soro in C.T. Case No.399 of 2009 / Special Case No.371 of 2016 taking cognizance of the offence under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(xi) of the S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act, the petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

When the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. Though this matter is of the year 2017, as yet the defects as pointed by the Stamp Reporter of this Registry have not been removed.

In view of the above, this CRLMC stands dismissed. 4.

A copy of this order be communicated to the Court below forthwith.
