1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 13th of June, 2013 passed by the Tahasildar, Jatni in Misc. Case Nos.09 of 2013 to 52 of 2013 in appeal in accordance with law under the provision of OGLS Act. If the said appeal is filed not later than 19th September, 2022 accompanied by an application to condonation of delay, citing the pendency of the present petition as the reason for the delay it will be considered in accordance with law by the Appellate authority. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any view in the matter.

2. It is open to the Petitioner to urge all the pleas raised in the present petition before the Appellate authority in accordance with law.
